Exhausted

For this project, I wanted to explore the feeling of poor mental health and burnout. Because capitalism in America is at an extreme compared to other nations, it is pretty common for people to go through burnout at work. It does not help that America is the only developed nation in which people have to work 40 hours a week. I have been through burnout at school and work at least a couple times and I have known peers who go through this as well. In one part of this project, I display footage of people facing exhaustion from working for so many hours and so many days. In another part of the project, I display the deadlines people face when they go through burnout as well the inner thoughts of those people.
